Tutorial :

• To adjust the strength of the blur, change the "Shutter Angle" on both "Transform" effects.
• Tu adjust the center of the blur, change the Position and Anchor Point by the same value, on both "Transform" effects.

Tutoriel :

• Pour ajuster la force du flou, change "l'angle d'obturateur", sur les deux effets "Transformation".
• Pour ajuster le centre du flou, change la Position et le Point d'Ancrage par la même valeur, sur les deux effets "Transformation".
