Radial Blur - Premiere Pro

This preset uses the Transform effect's ability to create motion blur, to create radial blur in Premiere Pro 🍃🫨!

• To adjust the strength of the blur, change the Shutter Angle on both Transform effects.
• Tu adjust the center of the blur, change the Position and Anchor Point by the same value, on both Transform effects.

Due to a bug in Premiere Pro, this preset no longer works in the 2025 version. You can help bring Adobe’s attention to this bug by upvoting this post :

I've created a workaround preset that uses the "Motion" parameters instead of relying on a second Transform effect. It's not perfect, but it does work in version 2025.
